In this journal you’ll find a single page per day includes the date, day of the week, and other wellness markers such as: “Are you feeling rested?” and “What is your stress level?”. Wellness goals are included with simple check boxes and space to make notes for hydration, movement, activities that bring you joy, and making time to rest. A large section for noting thoughts and feelings finishes out the page. For nutrition tracking, each page has space to record breakfast, am snack, lunch, pm snack, dinner, and other snacks. Each meal also includes a hunger and fullness scale to track how you feel before and after you eat.
