Statewide Survey Report Graphic Design and Illustration

This needs assessment survey report design was completed to create a half-fold, full-color document with a final size of 8.5″ x 11″ and eight total pages.  The image below shows the layout for press- the front cover is the top-right image, back  cover is the top-left image.  The two interior spreads follow in order.

Illustrations, including a custom map with data responses per county shown, were completed all following their brand and marketing guidelines for color and typography use.
